How Do I Return an Item?

KTM Security Shop online store is committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 15 -Day Return Policy. Customers must request a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) by e-mailing marketing@ktmsecurityshop.com.

• ktmsecurityshop.com can only accept returns of product purchased from our website. 
• All unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging returned within 15 days of receipt with a valid RAN will be credited 100% of purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges.
• Damaged or incorrect merchandise will be exchanged at no additional cost.
• If you have a defective or not working product you will receive store credit or exchange for a new product.
• All closeout or seasonal product is final sale and is not returnable.

All returns must be sent via an insured and/or traceable carrier. Please E-mail marketing@ktmsecurityshop.com to receive the return address.

A valid RAN is required for all returns. Not including your RAN may slow down your refund.

Please allow 5-7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit. ktmsecurityshop.com reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all above guidelines have not been met.

Prices on ktmsecurityshop.com online store are displayed in Canadian dollars and subject to 5% GST and Provincial tax (if applicable). 

Tax charges are based on province/territory and local tax laws and tax rates for the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges.

If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item.
